Our 4 day experience will encompass renowned wilderness and old growth pine forests, pristine lakes and an opportunity to enjoy northern hospitality, First Nations and French-Canadian Culture.

Historic sites, picnic areas, spectacular scenery, picturesque county villages and best of all – fresh clean air, sparkling water and pine forests.

Clear starry nights sharing tales of the road complete the experience!

Day 1: Orangeville to Temagami - 430 km

Our route takes us almost due north. We've selected stops at local eateries and a couple of unique and intriguing attractions.

Temagami, our destination is world-renowned for it's unspoiled wilderness. It's the perfect tour for camping – beautiful old growth pine forests, smooth blue waters.

Artifacts and stone drawings dating as far back 6000 B.C. have been discovered and some of the world's oldest rock has surfaced here.. Grey Owl, the mysterious naturalist and imposter who captured the world's imagination back in the 1930s, has become a part of the Temagami landscape.

Pronounced "Te-MAWG-a-mee" (the word is Ojibway for "deep water by the shore"). this place has lifted the spirits and captured the imagination of generations of indigenous peoples, traders ,trappers, naturalists, painters, poets, photographers, film-makers and motorcyclists!!.

Day 2: Exploring the Temagami Region - 365 km

Enjoy a ride around Lake Timiskaming which forms a portion of the border between Ontario and Quebec . Fabulous riding around this lake includes wilderness, farming communities, valleys, scenic lookouts.

We'll return to our base for the evening.

Day 3: Temagami to Parry Sound - 400 km

Our route takes us south to and around the shores of Lake Nipissing . We'll experience forests, spring fed lakes and historic settlements, old logging communities and northern outposts – and some amazing twists and turns!

Day 4: Parry Sound to Orangeville - 250 km

The ride home will take us across more Canadian Shield and through more natural beauty in Muskoka. Lakes, trees, rocks, rivers, winding roads, curves – you'll want to turn around and start all over again.
