Secondary paved roads follow the Niagara Escarpment north with long sweeping curves pass scenery encompassing apple orchards, dense woodlands, rugged cliffs, beautiful vistas overlooking the valley and Georgian Bay. A casual, enjoyable ride with lots of photo ops.
We love visiting Le Scandinave Spa with their outdoor Swedish Baths – and so will you. Lunch at the Spa Bistro and 2 hours at the spa are incorporated into our day.
Le Scandinave Spa™ Blue Mountain offers an active, flexible and healthy environment where guests can rejuvenate and invigorate themselves naturally. By warming up the body in a hot pool, guests open their pores and release negative toxins. Then, by plunging in cold water environments, they rinse off the negative toxins and close the pores of the skin. The relaxation stage of the sequence is a vital stage, as it allows the heart rate to stabilize itself back to a normal resting state. Relaxation also nurtures the balance of mind and body.
